Privacy Policy

Neon Gym by Ishak-Skr. Last updated October 9, 2026.

Who this applies to

This policy covers the Neon Gym Android app (package app.neongym.tycoon), the in-browser version of the game, and this website at ishak-skr.github.io/neon-gym. In this policy, "I" and "me" mean the developer, Ishak-Skr.

What stays on your device

The game saves your progress and settings locally, using the storage built into your device (the app) or your browser (the web version). This includes:

• Your money, level, machines, rooms, achievements, play time and save slots
• The gym name you type in
• Your music, sound effect and volume settings

I never receive this information. It is not uploaded anywhere. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data, or clearing your browser's site data deletes it.

Network use

The app asks for Android's Internet permission for one reason: to load the open-source 3D library three.js from cdnjs.cloudflare.com when that library is not already included in the version you installed. The web version does the same. Loading it is a normal web request, so Cloudflare, which runs that content delivery network, can see technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. How Cloudflare handles that is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

The game sends no gameplay data, device identifiers or personal information to me or to anyone else.

This website

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may keep server logs, such as IP addresses, when you visit. That is covered by the GitHub Privacy Statement. The website itself sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers.

Permissions

The app requests only the Internet permission described above. It does not ask for your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, phone number or any account.

Purchases, wallets and advertising

Neon Gym has no in-app purchases, no advertising and no connection to any cryptocurrency wallet. The in-game money is not real money and has no outside value.

Children

Neon Gym does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because the game collects no personal information, there is nothing to share or to delete on my side.

Your choices

You can delete your saved progress at any time by clearing the app's data or your browser's site data. Since I hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for me to access, correct or erase. If you contact me through GitHub, your message and your GitHub username are visible according to GitHub's own rules.

Changes to this policy

If the game changes in a way that affects your privacy, I will update this page and the date at the top before the change ships.
