1. Agreement

By installing, opening or playing Neon Gym (the Android app, the browser version, or this website), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. "I" and "me" mean the developer, Ishak-Skr.

2. The game

Neon Gym is a free single-player idle game for entertainment. It has no accounts, no multiplayer and no in-app purchases. In-game money, levels, machines and rooms are virtual. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money or anything else, and aren't tokens, NFTs or cryptocurrency of any kind.

Neon Gym is a game, not fitness, medical or health advice. Nothing in it is a substitute for professional guidance.

3. Your licence to play

I give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Neon Gym on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

4. What you may not do

• Sell, rent or redistribute the game or its files, or publish a copy or modified version as your own work
• Remove or change copyright or ownership notices
• Reverse engineer or extract the game's code or art, except where the law allows it despite this term
• Use the game or website for anything unlawful, or to disrupt the website or its hosting

Sharing a link to the game, or showing screenshots and videos of it, is welcome.

5. Ownership and third-party software

The game, its name, logo, artwork, sounds and code are owned by Ishak-Skr, except for third-party components. The game uses the open-source three.js library, which is available under the MIT licence and is copyright of the three.js authors. Those components stay under their own licences.

6. Your saved progress

Your progress is stored only on your device or in your browser. I have no copy of it. It can be lost if you uninstall the game, clear its data, switch devices or your device fails. Updates may rebalance the game, including how fast money is earned. I can't promise that saves will carry over between versions, although I will try to keep them working.

7. Updates and availability

I may update, change, suspend or stop the game, the website or the downloads at any time. The game is provided free of charge and I don't promise it will always be available or work on every device.

8. No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, I give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure or suitable for a particular purpose.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost progress or data, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the law where you live that can't be limited by agreement, or my liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the game. I may end your licence if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, no warranty and limit of liability, continue after that.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where I live, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away the mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep playing after an update, you accept the new terms.
